The two men arrested in connection with this investigation have since been charged. They are due to appear before a special sitting of the Fermoy District Court at approximately 2:30pm this afternoon, Friday, 30th of January 2026.

The woman arrested in connection with this investigation has been released without charge pending file to the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP).
