Gardaí have arrested an adult male (aged in 20s) in connection with a dangerous driving incident which occurred in Mulhuddart, Dublin 15 today, Wednesday 28th January 2026.
At the time, Gardaí were on proactive patrol in a residential area when they observed a scrambler being driven in a dangerous manner.
Gardaí seized the vehicle under Section 109A Road Traffic Act 1961 as amended.
Gardaí arrested the adult male and he has since been charged with Road Traffic Offences.
He is due to appear before Blanchardstown District Court, tomorrow Thursday 28th January 2026 at 10:30am.
Investigations are ongoing.
