Update- Witness Appeal – Fatal Road Traffic Collision, Navan, Co. Meath – 21st February 2026

Gardaí continue to investigate a fatal road traffic collision involving a car and a pedestrian on the Slane Road (N51), Navan, Co. Meath on Saturday 21st February 2026.

The male (aged in his 20s), arrested in connection with this investigation has since been released without charge.

A file will be prepared for the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.

Investigations are ongoing.
