The man, aged in his 20s, who has previously been charged in connection with this investigation, will appear before the District Court (Court No. 3) at the Criminal Courts of Justice this morning, Friday 27th February 2026 at 10:30am further charged in connection with this fatal assault.

As these matters are currently before the courts, a Garda spokesperson is not available.
