14/08/2026 Operation Thor - Man and Woman Arrested in Connection with Burglaries in South Dublin, 14th August 2026

As part of Operation Thor and the ongoing investigation into a number of recent burglaries in South Dublin, Gardaí have arrested two persons today, Friday 14th August 2026.

The arrested man and woman, both aged in their 40s, are currently detained under Section 4 of The Criminal Justice Act, 1984 at a Garda Station in South Dublin.

Investigations are ongoing.
