Gardaí at Ballymun Serious Crime Investigation Unit are investigating an incident involving the discharge of a firearm at a location in Ballymun, Dublin 11, on Sunday 9th August 2026 at approximately 10.00pm.
No persons were present at the property at the time.
No injuries were reported.
Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses to this incident to come forward.
Any person who was in the Barnewall Drive area of Poppintree, Ballymun, Dublin 11 on Sunday 9th August 2026 between 9.30pm and 10.30pm and who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) is asked to make this footage available to Gardaí.
