Gardaí are seeking the public's assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 13 year old Stefan Pulhos who was last seen at approximately 10pm on the night of Friday 12th September, 2025 in Kilmeaden, Co. Waterford. Stefan is described as being approximately 5 foot in height with a slim build, short black hair and brown eyes.
