An Garda Síochána will have a community engagement stand on site over the duration of the National Ploughing Championships 2025.

Over the course of the 3 days Garda Members and Garda Staff will be in attendance to meet, chat with, advise and engage with attendees at the NPC25.
Representatives from the following specialties will be in attendance at various times during the NPC25 including:
• Community Engagement
• Roads Policing
• Mounted Unit
• Garda Band
• Crime Prevention
• Diversity Unit
Gardaí in attendance will also have a range of equipment on display including
• The Garda Tractor
• Roads Policing Motorcycle
• Operation Nexus Garda Modified Car
• Garda Mobility Devices • Garda Body Worn Cameras
• Roads Policing Equipment
Specific events/activities which may be taking place will be advertised on An Garda Síochána Social Media Platforms.

The An Garda Síochána stand will have a specific focus on recruitment. Current Garda Trainees and recently attested Garda Probationers will be on site every day at the recruitment section of the Garda Community Engagement Stand to discuss Garda Training, why they chose to join An Garda Síochána and why An Garda Síochána is a job worth doing.
