Update 6 - Serious Public Disorder, Saggart, Co Dublin – 21st October 2025

A man in his 30s, who was arrested by investigating Gardaí on Wednesday afternoon, 22nd October 2025 for an alleged offence of Violent Disorder contrary to section 15 of the Criminal Justice (Public Order) Act 1994, has since been charged.

He was brought before a sitting of Court 3 at the Criminal Courts of Justice on Parkgate Street on Thursday, 23rd October 2025.
