Gardaí continue to investigate all of the circumstances surrounding the death of a man, aged in his 40s following the discovery of a body at Rockview Terrace, Doneraile, Co. Cork in the early hours of Sunday 12th October, 2025.
The two males arrested on Monday morning, 13th October, have now been charged in connection with the investigation.
The males, one aged in his 20s and the other a juvenile in his late teens, are due to appear before a sitting of Mallow District Court at 4:15pm this afternoon, Tuesday 14th October 2025.
The third male, a juvenile in his teens, remains detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984 at a Garda station in Co. Cork.
Investigations are ongoing.
