An Garda Síochána continue to investigate all of the circumstances of the serious public disorder which took place in Saggart on Tuesday 21st October 2025.
This afternoon, investigating Gardaí arrested a male in his 30s for an alleged offence of Violent Disorder contrary to section 15 Criminal Justice (Public Order) Act 199a4.
The male has been detained under section 4 Criminal Justice Act 1984 at a Garda Station in the Dublin Region.
The investigation is being led by a Senior Investigating Officer at an incident room based at Clondalkin Garda Station.
