Gardaí continue to investigate all of the circumstances surrounding the death of a man, aged in his 40s following the discovery of a body at Rockview Terrace, Doneraile, Co. Cork in the early hours of Sunday 12th October, 2025.
The post mortem examination of the deceased has concluded, the results of which are not being released for operational reasons.
Investigating Gardaí have arrested a third male, a juvenile in his teens, who is currently detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984 at a Garda station in Co. Cork. Both males, arrested this morning Monday 13th October, 2025 remain in Garda custody.
Gardaí continue to appeal for witnesses to contact them and are seeking any available camera footage, including dashcam recordings, from those who were in the vicinity of Doneraile village, Mallow, Co. Cork this morning from 12 midnight to 2am Sunday 12th October, 2025.
