An Garda Síochána continues to investigate the serious public disorder that occurred in Saggart, Co. Dublin, on 21st and 22nd October, 2025.
As part of this investigation, a man in his 40s was arrested in north Dublin on 26th October, 2025.
He was detained at a Dublin Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
The man has since been charged with an offence contrary to Section 15 of the Criminal Justice (Public Order) Act, 1994, and appeared before the Criminal Courts of Justice, Dublin on Monday, 27th October 2025.
He was remanded on bail to appear before Blanchardstown District Court on Monday 24th November 2025.
