Operation Fógra – Searches, Arrests in North Dublin, 1st October 2025

As part of ongoing investigations into organised crime and drug-related intimidation, Gardaí from the DMR North Division, conducted a number of searches under warrant in North Dublin earlier today, Wednesday, 1st October 2025.

The Operation Fógra Investigation Unit led this operation with assistance from the District Drug and Detective Units, the Armed Support Unit and the Garda Dog Unit.

During the course of the searches a number of items were seized including weapons, drugs with an estimated value of €3,500, a quantity of high-end goods and €18,000 in cash.

Four men, all aged in their 20s, were arrested under organised crime legislation and are currently being detained under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act, 2007, at Garda Stations in Dublin.

The drugs will be sent for analysis to Forensic Science Ireland.

Investigations are ongoing.
