Update (15) Serious Public Disorder, Saggart, Co Dublin – 21st / 22nd October 2025

An Garda Síochána continues to investigate all the circumstances of the serious Public Disorder which took place over the 21st and 22nd October 2025 in Saggart, Co. Dublin.

The male aged in his 30s arrested this morning has since been charged and is due to appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice (CCJ Court No.3) shortly this afternoon, Thursday 20th November 2025.

This brings the number of individuals arrested to date in relation to this investigation to 38.

A total of 29 individuals have now been charged in relation to this investigation.

Investigations are ongoing.
