Update (14) Serious Public Disorder, Saggart, Co Dublin – 21st / 22nd October 2025

An Garda Síochána continues to investigate all the circumstances of the serious Public Disorder which took place over the 21st and 22nd October 2025 in Saggart, Co. Dublin.

This morning, Thursday 20th November, 2025 a male aged in his 30s was arrested by investigating Gardaí. He is currently detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984 at a Garda Station in the Dublin Region.

This brings the number of individuals arrested to date in relation to this investigation to 38.

A total of 28 individuals have been charged in relation to this investigation.

Investigations are ongoing.
