An Garda Síochána continues to investigate all the circumstances of the serious Public Disorder which took place over the 21st and 22nd October 2025 in Saggart, Co. Dublin.
Today, Monday 10th November, 2025 a male juvenile, aged in his teens was arrested and detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984 at a Garda Station in the Dublin Region.
He has since been charged in relation to the investigations and is due to appear before Dublin Children's Court (No. 55), tomorrow morning Tuesday 11th November, 2025 at 10.30am.
This brings the number of individuals arrested to date in relation to this investigation to 37.
A total of 28 individuals have now been charged in relation to this investigation.
Investigations are ongoing.
