An Garda Síochána continue to investigate all the circumstances of the disappearance and murder of Annie McCarrick in March 1993.
The search at a domestic residence in Clondalkin has concluded this afternoon. An Garda Síochána will remain on site in order to return the site to the current residents.
Details of the search are not being released for operational reasons.

An Garda Síochána reiterates again that the current residents of this house are not connected in anyway with Annie McCarrick or her disappearance.
The investigation into the disappearance and murder of Annie McCarrick continues to led by the investigation team from DMR South Central Division Serious Crime Unit based at Irishtown Garda Station under the direction of a Senior Investigating Officer, assisted by the Serious Crime Review Team, Garda National Bureau of Criminal Investigation.
An Garda Síochána appeals to anyone with any information, no matter how small or insignificant they might believe it to be, to contact the Garda Investigation team.
Gardaí continue to appeal to any person who may have previously come forward who felt they could not provide Gardaí with all the information they had in relation to this matter, to contact the investigation team again. With the passage of time they may now be in a position to speak further with the investigation team.
Any information, no matter how insignificant it may seem, will be welcomed by the investigation team. This information will be treated in the strictest confidence.
