Gardaí are appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision that occurred at a car park on the Castle Villas street, Dalkey, Co. Dublin on Sunday 13th July 2025 at approximately 4:30 pm.
The collision involved a vehicle and a pedestrian. The pedestrian, a woman in her 70s, was conveyed to St. Vincent's Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
She was pronounced deceased yesterday, Thursday 17th July 2025.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to this incident to come forward. Anyone who was in the Castle Villas street area on Sunday 13th July 2025 between 4:15-4:45pm and who may have any information is asked to contact investigating Gardaí.
Likewise, anyone who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) is asked to make that footage available.
