Operation Táirge – One arrest in Dublin Airport, Wednesday 10th December 2025

As part of Operation Táirge, Gardaí attached to the Eastern Region investigating organized retail theft have arrested a woman (aged in her 40s) in Dublin Airport, today Wednesday 10th December 2025.

The woman was arrested in relation to multiple incidents of alleged thefts as she returned to Ireland.

The woman is being detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 at a Garda Station in County Kildare.

Investigations are ongoing.
