Gardaí are appealing for assistance in tracing the whereabouts of Stephen Touhey Colbert (15) who was reported missing from his home in Tullamore, Co. Offaly since Monday 18th August 2025.
Stephen was last seen on Monday 18th August 2025 in Tullamore at approximately 3pm.
Stephen is described as being 6 foot tall, with a slim build, light brown hair and blue eyes.
When last seen he was wearing a green tracksuit, grey jacket, white runners and was carrying two black rucksacks.
Gardaí and Stephen’s family are concerned for his well-being.
