Arrest - Fatal Assault Incident, Finglas, Dublin 11, Sunday, June 9th, 2024

As part of the investigation into the murder of 34-year-old Mark Carroll, who died following an incident in Finglas, Dublin 11, on Sunday, June 9th, 2024, Gardaí have arrested a man.

The man (aged in his 30’s) is currently detained pursuant to Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984, at a Garda Station in the Dublin area.

Investigations are ongoing.
