Renewed Appeal - Serious Assault, Grange View Way, Clondalkin, Dublin 22, 30th March 2024.

Gardaí are continuing to investigate a serious assault that occurred in Clondalkin, Dublin 22, on Saturday, 30th March 2024.

The incident occurred at approximately 10:15pm outside a residential premises in the Grange View Way area.

One of the males (30s) continues to receive treatment at Tallaght Hospital. His condition is critical.

A technical examination of the scene has since concluded and no arrests have been made at this time.

Gardaí wish to speak to a young male who presented himself at Clondalkin Garda Station on the 30th March 2024 at approximately 10:30pm. He may contact the station on 01 666 7600, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station.

The investigation team continue to appeal to any person who was in the Tower Road area of Clondalkin between 9:30pm to 10:15pm, anyone who was traveling on the number 13 bus between Clondalkin and Bawnogue between 9:45pm and 10:15pm and anyone who was in the Grange View Way area of Clondalkin between 10:00pm and 10:30pm to come forward to them. Any road users who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) are asked to make this footage available to Gardaí.
