Gardaí have charged one man who was arrested in relation to the investigation into an aggravated burglary and false imprisonment that occurred at a residence in Monkstown, Co. Dublin on Monday, 21st August 2023.
The man (aged in his 40s) is due to appear before Dun Laoghaire District Court this morning, Friday 29th September 2023, at 10.30am.
The man (20s) who was also arrested as part of this investigation has been released without charge and a file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
A third man (40s) remains detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984, at a Garda station in South Dublin.
