Court Appearance: Aggravated Burglary and False Imprisonment, Monkstown, Co. Dublin, 21st August 2023

Gardaí have today arrested a man, aged in his 40s, in relation to an incident of aggravated burglary and false imprisonment, which occurred in Monkstown, Co. Dublin on the 21st August 2023. He has been charged and will appear before Dun Laoghaire District Court this morning, Monday 16th October 2023.

Another man (40s) was charged and appeared before Dun Laoghaire District Court, on Friday 29th September 2023 in relation to this incident.

A third man (20s) was arrested on 28th September 2023 as part of this investigation and was released without charge.
