The man in his 20s arrested on Wednesday 26th July 2023 as part of the ongoing investigation into the fatal assault in Rathass Cemetery, Tralee, County Kerry, on Wednesday 5th October 2022, has been charged.

He is expected to appear before Dingle District Court at 10:30am on Friday 28th July 2023.
