A man (20s) arrested in relation to this incident has been charged and is to be brought before Ballina District Court this morning, Tuesday 14th February 2023.

A man (30s) arrested in relation to this incident has been charged and was brought before a special sitting of Galway District Court on Sunday 12th February 2023.

A third man (30s) remains in custody at a Garda Station in the Western Region.
