Update 6: Fatal Assault at Rathass Cemetery, Tralee, Co.Kerry - 5th October 2022.

Issue Date: 18th October 2022

A fifth man (late 20s) was arrested as part of the investigation into the fatal assault in Tralee, Co. Kerry yesterday evening Monday 17th October, 2022.

He was detained under Section 4 Criminal Justice Act, 1984 at Tralee Garda station and was released without charge late last night, Monday 17th October, 2022.

Investigations ongoing.
