Court Appearance re Endangerment of Gardaí and related incidents, Cherry Orchard, Dublin 10. 19th September, 2022.

Gardaí investigating the endangerment of Gardaí and related incidents in the Cherry Orchard area on the 19th of September, 2022 have charged three of the four male juveniles that were arrested this morning Monday 3rd October, 2022.

Three of the male juveniles have been charged this evening and are due to appear before Dublin Children's Court, Court number 55 tomorrow morning Tuesday 4th October, 2022 at 10.30a.m.

The fourth male juvenile has been referred to the Juvenile Youth Diversion Programme, in accordance with the Children's Act, 2001.
