Gardaí in Finglas investigating the shooting incident that occurred on St. Margaret's Road, Finglas on Friday afternoon 13th May, 2022 have released one man without charge.

One man (20s) was released without charge this evening and a file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.

The second man (20s) remains in Garda custody in Finglas Garda station detained under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act, 1939.
