The man in his 40s arrested as part of the ongoing investigation into the fatal shooting of a 29 year old man at a caravan park in Clogherhead, County Louth, on Tuesday, 27th August, 2019, has been released without charge. A file is now being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
