Update: Man Arrested in Connection with Ongoing GNECB Investigation Into Sim Swapping, Account Takeover and Money Laundering, Dublin 24, Thursday, 25th August, 2022

The 27 year old man arrested yesterday, as a part of an ongoing investigation being conducted by the Garda National Economic Crime Bureau into sim-swapping, account takeover and money laundering has been released without charge.

A file will now be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
