Update - €160,000 of Suspected Cocaine Seized, Enniscorthy, County Wexford, Friday, 8th April, 2022

Gardaí investigating the seizure of approximately €160,000 of suspected cocaine in County Wexford on the evening of Friday, 8th April, 2022, have arrested a woman and a man as part of this investigation.

Both persons, aged in their 20s, were arrested on the morning of Sunday, 10th April, 2022, and are currently being detained at Wicklow Garda Station under the provisions of Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act, 1996.

Investigations are ongoing.
