Missing Person - Charmaine Kelly, 16 Years - Ballymun - 15th October 2021

Gardaí are seeking the public’s assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 16-year-old Charmaine Kelly who is missing from the Ballymun area since Friday 15th October 2021.

Charmaine is described as being approximately 5 foot 2 inches in height with a slim build, brown hair and blue eyes.

When last seen, Charmaine was wearing a black jacket and wine coloured ripped top.
