Third Arrest - Alleged Assault and False Imprisonment Investigation 7/5/21

Gardaí investigating the alleged assault and false imprisonment of two men following an incident in Omeath, Co.Louth on Friday, 7th May 2021 have today, 18th May 2021, arrested a man in his 30s.

The man is currently detained at Dundalk Garda Station under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act 2007.

This is the third arrest as part of this ongoing investigation.
