Update re Operation EGRESS - GNECB Arrest,Cork City 26th March, 2021

Gardaí attached to the Garda National Economic Crime Bureau investigating allegations of insurance fraud, have released without charge the man (aged in his 30s) that was arrested and detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984 in Cork City yesterday morning Friday 26th March, 2021.

An investigation file will now be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
