The man in his 20s, arrested in connection with yesterday's seizure in Santry has now been charged and will appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice in Dublin at 4.30pm this afternoon, 31st March 2021.

Gardaí have seized €328,000 of cannabis herb, €12,400 in cash and arrested a man (20s) following a search operation in the Santry area this evening, 30th March 2021.
As part of an ongoing investigation into the sale and supply of drugs in the area, Gardaí attached to the North Central Divisional Drug Unit carried out a search of a residence, under warrant, at approximately 5.30pm.
During the course of the operation, Gardaí seized cannabis herb (pending analysis) with an estimated street value of approximately €328,000, cash with a value of €12,400, four mobile phones and other drug paraphernalia.
The drugs seized will now be sent for analysis.
A man in his 20s, arrested in connection with the seizure, is currently detained at Bridewell Garda station under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act, 1996.
Investigations are ongoing.
