Update: Further Arrest re Murder of Juvenile, Drogheda, January, 2020

Gardaí investigating the murder of a juvenile in January, 2020 have released the man arrested and detained at Mountjoy Garda Station, yesterday morning, 19th February, 2021, without charge. A file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.

The woman arrested on Wednesday 17th February, 2021 and detained at Balbriggan Garda Station, has been released without charge.  A file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.

The man arrested on Wednesday 17th February, 2021 and detained at Drogheda Garda Station under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act, 2007, remains in custody.
