Update - GNECB Investigation into Property Registration Fraud

Gardaí attached to the Garda National Economic Crime Bureau (GNECB) and Dundalk Garda station have released without charge the man who was arrested on Tuesday 21st December, 2021 in relation to an ongoing investigation into property registration fraud.

The man was released without charge late last night and a file will now be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.

Investigations are ongoing.
