Court Appearance re Assault, Parnell Street, 21st May, 2020.

Gardaí in Mountjoy investigating the assault that occurred in the early hours of this morning Thursday 21st May, 2020 on Parnell Street have charged the man.

He was released from the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984 this evening and charged in relation to the assault and is due to appear before Court number 1, Criminal Courts of Justice tomorrow morning Friday, 22nd May, 2020 at 10.30a.m.
