Gardaí investigating the assault of a man, aged in his 50s, at an apartment complex in the Kilmore Road area of Dublin 5 that occurred on 02/05/2020 at approximately 11:50pm have arrested a man, aged in his 30s.
The injured man received head injuries and was taken to Beaumont Hospital. His condition is described as non-life threatening at present. The scene is currently preserved for a technical examination later today, 03/05/2020.
The man in his 30s was arrested at the scene and is currently detained at Coolock Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.
