Drugs €367k seized in Dublin Airport

On Thursday 5th March, 2020 as part of ongoing investigations into drug trafficking, a joint operation was put in place involving Garda National Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau and Revenue’s Customs Service.

The operation at Dublin Airport resulted in the seizure of approximately 734 kilos of Khat (analysis pending) with an estimated street value of €367,000 euro.

No arrests have been made to date. Investigations are continuing.
