Update re Arrests for Criminal Damage by Fire Incident, Dundalk, 5th July, 2020.

Gardaí in Dundalk that arrested the four men this morning, Monday 13th July 2020 in connection with the criminal damage by fire incident that occurred at a residence in Dundalk, County Louth, in the early hours of Sunday, 5th July 2020 have released two of the men, this evening without charge and a file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.

Two men remain in Garda custody and have been charged in relation to separate matters and are due to appear before Dundalk District Court, tomorrow morning, Tuesday 14th July, 2020 at 10a.m.
