Three arrested and Firearm Seized - St Stephen's Green, Tuesday 28th July 2020

Gardaí have arrested three men and seized a firearm in an operation led by Pearse Street District Detective Unit, assisted by the Armed Support Unit and local Gardaí.

The firearm was discovered when Gardaí carried out a search at accomodation on St Stephen's Green this afternoon, Tuesday 28th July 2020, at approximately 12:30pm

The three males (one 30s, two 20s) are currently being detained under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act 1939 at Pearse Street Garda Station.
