Man Arrested and Firearm Seized - Tallaght, 23rd July 2020

Gardaí have arrested a man in his 40s and seized a firearm, in an operation led by the M District Drugs Unit, assisted by Tallaght District Detective Unit and local Gardaí.

The firearm was discovered when Gardaí searched a residence in the Rossfield Crescent area of Tallaght this afternoon, Thursday 23rd July 2020.

The man is currently being detained at Tallaght Garda Station under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act 1939.
