Man Arrested - €2.5 Million Drug Seizure, Dublin 22, 16/7/20

Gardaí have arrested one man (aged in his 20s) as a result of ongoing enquiries following the seizure of controlled drugs with an estimated street value of €2.5 million in Kingswood, Dublin 22 yesterday.

The arrest was made by Gardaí attached to the Dublin Metropolitan Region West Divisional Drugs Unit this afternoon, Friday 17th July 2020.

He is currently detained in Ronanstown Garda Station under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act, 1996.

Investigations are ongoing.
