Fourth Arrest - Murder Investigation of William Maughan and Anastasija Varslavanne, 8th July, 2020.

Gardaí investigating the disappearance and murder of William Maughan and Anastasija Varslavanne in April, 2015 have made a fourth arrest this evening, Wednesday 8th July, 2020.

A man (20s) was arrested this evening in Dublin and is currently detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984 at a Garda station in Dublin.

All searches have been completed today.  The two men and one woman who were arrested this morning remain detained under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act, 1939.
