Re-arrest & Court Appearance re Assault & Attempted Abduction, Blackhorse Avenue, Dublin 7 - 8th January 2020

Gardaí investigating the assault and attempted abduction of a woman in her 60s on Blackhorse Avenue, Dublin 7 on 6th January, 2020 at approximately 7.30a.m. have re-arrested the 20 year old man. Investigating Gardaí rearrested the man (20 years) this evening on foot of an arrest warrant issued by a District Court Judge this evening, Wednesday 8th January, 2020 on application made by the investigating members.

The man is due to appear before Blanchardstown District Court, number 1, tomorrow morning Thursday 9th January, 2020 at 10.30a.m. charged in relation to the incident.
