A 20 year old male rearrested and charged in relation to the attempted abduction of a woman in her 60s on Blackhorse Avenue, Dublin 7 on 6th January 2020 is due to appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice, Number 2 this morning, Thursday 9th January 2020 charged in relation to the incident.
