Court Appearance re Handgun & Ammunition Seizure, Drogheda 7th February 2020

Gardaí in Drogheda have charged the man that was arrested and detained under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act, 1939 after the search operation that was carried out on Friday morning 7th February, 2020 in the Highlands, Rathmullen Road, Drogheda.

The man (30s) will remain detained in custody and is due to appear before Drogheda District Court on Monday morning, 10th February, 2020 at 10a.m. charged in relation to the incident and seizures.
